I want to see how many words and how many hours you've worked in a day.
I want to build my writing muscles by comparing how many words I've written in a day to how many I've written in a month. I don't do it because it's cumbersome to write it down every time. I want to see how long I've been writing while the app is open or how much I've been writing. I want to know how long I've been focused, which is different from a timer.

Freemium character limit
It's a shame that the free version has a 100,000 character limit. I wonder if 100,000 characters is enough considering the various functions such as plots and notes, not just writing. It's also burdensome to buy the paid version because I don't need additional services such as AI or columns. If you need a subscription policy, it would be nice to offer a cheaper version of the existing version with unlimited characters. As a user who has been utilizing Novella's existing features, I don't want to leave the platform because of the character limit issue. I hope there will be more options to use the service.

I wish there was a mind map feature
It would be nice to have a structure that can be expanded freely in all directions on a large area of land like a pygma so that you can immediately understand the relationship between characters, the flow of events, etc. It would be even better if you could link a character or plot to each item in the mind map and click on it to see the character/plot immediately.

[yeo******'s comment] I need the paragraph spacing feature that was in Novella before the renewal. It's easier to have a separate function than to create spacing through a blank line.

Why can't I read documents in a folder back-to-back?
Let's say you created a folder called [Chapter 1] and put a document called [Episode 1] [Episode 2] [Episode 3] in it. I would like to be able to multi-select all the documents in the [Chapter 1] folder and calculate the total number of characters in [Episode 1] [Episode 2] [Episode 3], or read them in a row without having to click [Episode 1] [Episode 2] [Episode 3] separately. I would love to have such a feature, thank you.

Using it as a tab became too inconvenient.
I use it with a galtop, and before I had no problem using novella even when accessing it with chrome, but after the update, the top part is all cut off. It's almost unusable because it's all cut off above the post editing (toolbar line with fonts, alignment). Also, I can't use the [Back to Home] button located in that line, and I can't close the left vertical toolbar (document management, quick notes) when I open it. This was fine at home on my computer... but now it's almost impossible to work outside of tabs.

I want my custom theme back...
I was able to use a background color that was comfortable for each individual, but now I can't black and white novella basic only theme added, so I thought I could use my old background color now. 말로만 추가지 바뀐게 없음;;; 이게 제일 시급함… 눈아파…

After the renewal, the Novella wallpaper changed to white by default, but could you please add a function that allows me to decide on various background colors? The background color I used before was a little yellow, green, or whatever, and it was a toned-down color, so it was a little easier on my eyes even if I typed for a long time. It doesn't have to be the previous color, so could you please add a service that allows me to adjust it to a tone that is more comfortable for my eyes and set various settings so that I can write for a long time in various environments?

I'd like to see a form to organize worlds (countries, institutions, organizations, etc.) and other settings, and I'd like to see more customizable options for editing and adding them, as the current form is too rigid. I'd also like to be able to move plots up and down.

I want to be able to colorize by partbox in the plot
I literally wish there was a way to colorize parts in a plot. I'd love to be able to color-code parts based on point of view, so it's easy to tell whose point of view it is from a distance! Also, I wish there was a separate note field for general ideas, settings, etc. besides the quick note feature that you can write in the document! Is the auto-close quotes feature gone?
Quotes that used to close automatically now have to be closed by "writing a line". I personally use two quotes and write my lines inside of them, so it's hard to adjust. Is this a temporary glitch?

A single newline that appears as multiple newlines when turned on again
"Ambassador" (single newline) monologue I wrote it down in this order and ended it with "lines" (newline) (newline) (newline) Monologue The next time I turn on the app, I occasionally see an error that looks like this. I write about 6,000 characters a day, and depending on how far back I go in time, this can happen once or up to three times. Also, there are times when I leave a space blank, but when I look at it later, there is a single space. Sometimes it doesn't happen and sometimes there is a single space at every newline, so I don't know what is causing this. Please check it out.
