How do I use the "Suggested Alternatives" feature for Tumblr images...?

How do I get the alternatives listed like images?

I tried to use it, but it only has [trim, shorten, expand, enhance description], and then above it, in the search bar or something, it says "suggest an alternative" and it only shows me one alternative.

Is this a feature that hasn't been updated yet, or am I doing something wrong...?
