Setting the width of a split view document

I would like to be able to set different document widths for each splitview.

Since having multiple windows open doesn't necessarily mean they're at the same scale. It's inconvenient to see the same document width when one is collapsed and one is expanded. I think I was able to set the width of each one before, but it seems like an awkward part when utilizing split view. Please take a look at it.
