Plot New Block, Time function.

My plot newblock is skewed to the right and I tried to move it to the center, but it won't move. I'm wondering if it can be moved. If not, I would like to request an update. Also, I would like to see the plots to be able to adjust the color and scale of the text. The time feature is very good, but I would like to see it resized and positioned.
