Can't I use international mobile?

I live in the United States. I heard that Novella is available as a mobile app on iPhone, but when I checked the app store, it says it's not available in my country. Is there any way to improve it? I travel long distances in the US and would like to use a lightweight phone instead of a heavy laptop or MacBook.
