Change publishing location

I've noticed that with the UI change, Publishing has been merged with Document Preferences.

I think I'll be using the document preferences feature more than publishing when I'm writing, but I think it would be more convenient to have the first tab that appears when I click [...] be [Document preferences] instead of [Publish]. This is a mild opinion, as I've noticed that once I click [Document Settings], Document Settings appears first after that.

To add my personal opinion, I think it would be more intuitive if the tabs were changed to [Document settings] [Character count] [More] and then categorized as follows.

[Document Settings] Document Width, Line Spacing, Indentation | Smart Quotes, Typewriter Mode } Page Lock

[Character Count] Character counting | Include/Exclude spaces/Exclude spaces, special characters, word count

[More] Version History, Export, Publish (Publish to Web) | Creation Date, Last Updated | Move to Trash
