'Find and Replace' small suggestions.

The Find and Replace window pops up above the page I'm writing on, and when I search for a word, the word I find floats to the bottom of the Find and Replace window. which makes it difficult to see the word I'm looking for.

I'd like to see the search results moved to the center of the screen, or at least reposition the finder car.
