AI can't tell the difference between post titles.../Reference Reset for each chat

For example, if you write "I'm editing a document called <Title A>" to reference or edit a document called <Title A>, it recognizes the contents of Title A as a command. It's the same with parentheses and emphasis, and it doesn't even know the title of the document you're currently viewing. It's not a sentence title, it's a two-word title, and no matter how many times I emphasize it, it doesn't understand the command, making it difficult to use the feature.

And it's so annoying to have to press the AI reference again every time you hit a chat. I wish it would keep the reference within a chat....
