Spell checker not working on posts over 20,000 words

I have a 30,000-word post, and the spell checker doesn't reflect correctly after 10,000 words. It shows up in the checker itself, but when I click on the word it suggests, it doesn't take me to that sentence, and when I scroll down, it doesn't redline, and when I hit reflect, it doesn't reflect.
